Sereguelas fruit is Also known as Spanish Plum. It is brought over by the Spaniards in the Philippine archipelago some 400 years ago. Artists used Abaca Paper to showcase her work, this material is abundant in her home province. It comes from the leaf sheath around the trunk of Musa textiles, a species of the banana plant. It is typically sourced from the Philippines where it is known as Manila hemp.
